Timothy Walter Ridout

Timothy Walter Ridout age 51, of Ravenna died Friday, January 8, 2016 unexpectedly at his home. Tim was born on April 21, 1964 in Grand Rapids, MI to the late Walter E. and Carole C. (Huff) Ridout-Davis. Tim graduated from Ravenna High School. He was the Owner/Operator of Big Rounds in Ravenna. He was a founding member of the Grand Rapids Street Racers Association, member of Michigan Street Cars, West Michigan IPMS, Michigan Meet and Greet Model Club, Triad Model Club and loved taking pictures at Local Race Tracks. Tim is survived by his 2 Sisters: Mariel A. (Mark) Maitland of Fruitport, Melanie K. Picklesimer and Steven Gathard of Wolf Lake. Step Father: Robert “Bob†Davis of Muskegon. Step Mother: Mary Ridout of Cedar Springs. Step Sisters: Lauren Galbreath of Indiana and Julie (Tom) Kittle of New Era. Step Brother: Larry Davis of Muskegon. Nieces: Liana Maitland and Bethanie Picklesimer. Nephews: Kayne and Robert Picklesimer. Tim was preceded in death by parents and nephew Ian Maitland. Cremation has taken place with a Memorial Gathering at the Ravenna Conservation Club on Friday, January 15, 2016 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm. Tim was a big part of the GRSRs and I want to say I was proud to have him as a friend.he was around at events and parties and he help out a lot as a Member he now joins our brothers and sisters who left this earth for a better place but he did leave it better then it was when he arrived

Once you met Tim, you were his friend for life! He loved people and loved "serving" them, not only through his amazing pizza and sub shop, but as a loyal citizen. R.I.P. Tim.
