Jennette May Mast

Jennette May Mast age 100, of Ravenna, MI died Monday, November 26, 2018 at Metro Health in Grand Rapids. Jennette was born on October 29, 1918 in Benona Township, Michigan to the late Harry W. and Myrtle A. (McIntyre) Gowell. She married Robert Mast on November 1, 1947 in Hart, MI and he preceded her in death on January 25, 1995. Jennette is survived by her Son: Robert (Leona) Mast of Orleans, MI. Daughter: Cheryl (Dennis) Wildfong of Ravenna. 5 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild. Brother: Dale Gowell of Cheboygan, Brother in-law: Willard Fremd of Muskegon. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband Robert, 2 Brothers: Kenneth and Calvin Gowell and 2 Sisters: Marjorie Hammond and Donna Fremd. A Memorial Service will be conducted on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 11:00am at the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church 2651 Shettler Road Muskegon, MI 49444 with Pastor Timothy Winkel officiating. Burial will be in Hart Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to: Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church or Oceana County Sheriff’s Departments K-9 Unit. Wanted to express my sympathy in the loss of your Mom. I didn't even realize she was still living as I lost my parents in 1995 and 2005. I remember when our families used to go back and forth. We even visited a couple times after they moved to Kent City. Hold close all those wonderful memories. Karen
