Donna Jean Paprocki

Donna Jean Maynard McLouth Paprocki, aged 79, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2011. Donna was born on August 28, 1932 in Grand Rapids to Reo and Grace (Gleason) Maynard, and grew up in the Fremont area. On June 30, 1950 she married Ronald Robert McLouth, and he preceded her in death in May, 1979. She then married Earl Joseph Paprocki in 1980, and they have celebrated 31 years together. Donna worked as a bus driver for the Ravenna Public Schools for many years, was an avid bowler, and as a "Country Girl" at heart, loved the outdoors, woodworking, and arts and crafts of all kinds. Along with her first husband Ronald, Donna was preceded in death by her parents, her stepfather Otto DeWitt, her daughter and son-in-law Bonnie and Bruce Humphrey, her grandsons Marshall Holmgren and Todd Gieb, her brothers Darrold and William Maynard, her sister Leola Hanes, and her brothers-in-law Iral Hanes, Donald Tinkham, and Robert Perigo. Donna will be greatly missed by her husband Earl, her children Roberta (Kenneth) Smith, Ronald (Renee) McLouth, Sharee (Steven) Palmer, Penny (Roger) Blackall, Ray (JoAnn) Paprocki, Cathy (Doug) Gieb, Cindy (Gary) Holmgren, Judy (Bruce) Kozik, Joe (Lisa) Paprocki, and Mike Paprocki, her foster children Shelly (Dan) French, and Brad Greenwood, 31 grandchildren and 62 great-grandchildren, her sisters Luella Tinkham and Peggy Perigo, her brother Elliot (Squag) DeWitt, and numerous nieces and nephews. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Donna on Tuesday at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Catholic Church, 3252 E. Apple Ave., Muskegon, with Rev. Anthony Britto as celebrant. Burial will take place at Egelston Township Cemetery. Friends may meet with her family for a time of visitation on Tuesday morning from 10:00 AM until time of Mass at the church. Those who wish to make a memorial contribution are asked to consider McAuley Place.

I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother. One wonders how we can bear all the losses of our loved ones. Mary Lynn passed away in July so I understand. My prayers and sympathy are with all of you.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your mother.I stopped in to visit her this last spring.I lost my mother Feb.2010. I found comfort in knowing she wasn't suffering anymore. Our thoughts & prayers are with you.
