Charles Herbert Eadie

Charles Herbert Eadie age 87, of Ravenna, Michigan died Friday, May 13, 2011 at Sanctuary at McAuley in Muskegon. Charles was born on July 31, 1923 in Ravenna, Michigan to the late Frank J. and Lucia (Price) Eadie. He entered the United States Navy in June 1945 and was honorably discharged in July of 1946. He married Dorothy J. Smith on March 6, 1947 in Muskegon, Michigan. Charles is survived by his wife of 64 years: Dorothy J. Eadie of Ravenna, 1 Daughter: Pamela K (Donald) Arends of Fruitport, 3 Sons: Norman C. Eadie of Ravenna, Gary A. (Robin) Eadie of Hesperia and Steven B. (Sheryn) Eadie of Ravenna. 13 Grandchildren and 20 Great Grandchildren. Charles was preceded in death in addition to his parents by: 1 Son: Lynn Eadie and 1 Brother: Maurice Eadie. Please accept my condolences on the passing of Chuck. Although I've been away from Ravenna for many years, we are still able to stay in touch with family and friends and wanted to send my sympathy to his family.

Rest in peace Chuck, you where truly a special person. Dad enjoyed telling of the escapades you two enjoyed. You and grandpa set the example for me my outlook for life. Have a beer with Dad and Grandpa on me. With love and memories.
